Our Commitment
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
1. Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags).
- Sale items and custom/personalized prints are final sale and cannot be exchanged.
2. Exchange Process
- Email us at rooftoppraise@gmail.com with your Order Number and the size you’d like to exchange for.
- Once approved, please mail the item back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a tracked service; we are not responsible for lost return parcels.
- Once we receive and inspect your item, we will send you a payment link for the re-shipping fee ($X.XX) to send the new item to you.
3. Defective Items If your shirt arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days with a photo. We will replace it at no additional cost to you.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
