Our Commitment

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

1. Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
  • Must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags).
  • Sale items and custom/personalized prints are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

2. Exchange Process

  1. Email us at rooftoppraise@gmail.com with your Order Number and the size you’d like to exchange for.
  2. Once approved, please mail the item back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a tracked service; we are not responsible for lost return parcels.
  3. Once we receive and inspect your item, we will send you a payment link for the re-shipping fee ($X.XX) to send the new item to you.

3. Defective Items If your shirt arrives damaged or we sent the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days with a photo. We will replace it at no additional cost to you.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
